Bug Fixes

• Job role manager designation disappears when job role is saved in a locale.
• Catalog "in use" feature does not show mapped campuses.
• Remember "view inactive" setting between searches in Manage Courses.
• Unable to delete goals with an apostrophe in the title.

New Features

• Goal Management Improvement - When an admin adds a date to the "must be completed on or after" to an activity, if the date is in the future, an alert appears on the page.  The purpose of this feature is to reduce the incidents of admins accidentally putting the due date for the activity in this date field.
