New Features/Improvements

Reporting and Analytics

  • Generated Reports (tabular):
    • List now includes the time of report generation.  Previously only date was included.
    • Sorting now defaults to Date Generated descending
  • Dashboards:
    • In the My Team filter, an update was applied to the suborganization filter to 
      allow for selecting suborganizations when a user only manages one parent 
      organization. The Check All option must be de-selected to enable suborganization 
      filtering.

    • Added new Course Activity analytics dashboard to show team members, course completion status, and course activity ranking information. 

Training Administration

  • Requirement Groups: A fix was applied to correct the numbering of courses in a requirement group.  Previously, when courses were re-ordered, the numbering was not updating appropriately. 
  • Perpetual certifications that have been force-expired can now be renewed (not 
    applicable in most cases)

User Administration
  • Changes to a user's managed and administered organizations are now captured in the user audit report.
  • A new User Suspension feature has been introduced, enabling administrators to easily revoke a user's access to the Performance platform. To activate this feature, please reach out to support for assistance.
