Performance uses a mix of its admin console and front end to allow administrators to manage all aspects of their training and content. 

Certain tasks, i.e., adding courses and content are handled within the admin module. Other tasks such as creating and assigning Learning or Development Plan Goals are done through the front end of the application. Some, for example, Tabular Reporting, are accessible through both. 

This guide will clearly indicate where each function is located and instructs how to access each area and how to use each feature and capability. 

Please note that certain options and functions outlined in this guide and its screenshots may not be a 1:1 representation of your instance. Depending on setup, configuration, user preferences, etc., certain items may display differently.
