Creating a Course - Adjusting Course Settings

Learn about course setting options.

PLEASE NOTE: Administrative permissions are required to manage course settings.

While on a course page, open the admin menu by clicking the three horizontal lines in the top right of the screen.

You will now see the admin menu pictured below. Put yourself in Edit Mode by clicking the toggle button.

Click the title of the section that you would like to edit.

From the Menu (see below image), you can edit your Course Title and Description, Topic, Assign Groups, Lock the course down, as well as assign your course an Image. (Scroll down to review definitions.)

Alternatively, you can delete your course and build another one if you’d like.

Once you’ve filled in everything you want to, click Publish to Save your changes.

Section Title: This is where you enter the section/course title. 

Section Description: This is where you want to describe the section/course.

Topic Title: You can organize your sections/courses using topics. Example: Use the word "marketing" as a topic title for all your marketing courses and they'll show up together on the homepage, in one area titled marketing. 

VERY IMPORTANT: If you want a certain course to be featured at the top of the Breaze homepage type the word "Feature" in the topic area.  

Section URL Identifier: This is where you can control the wording within the URL. In the example below the section identifier is "FM_Guidebook."
