Everything you need to know about the Manager Dashboard in Breaze
Overview
The Manager Dashboard is used more for overhead user completion data. You can filter by specific groups, and also pull reports on Achievements. A manager or supervisor would use this dashboard to see which courses a user is complete, or which achievements users have earned.
How do I assign the Manager Dashboard to a user?
The Manager Dashboard is available to any user but needs to be assigned by an admin account. Admins can also assign just specific groups for a user to be able to report on in the Manager Dashboard, limiting them to which users they can report on here. To assign the Manager Dashboard, you need to navigate to the User Management page from an admin account.
What can the Manager Dashboard do exactly?
- Group Selection - These are groups that the manager can report on, these are assigned to the user by an admin through the User Management page.
- Assessments & Exams - Assessments and Exams that have been completed by users in the selected group will show here, managers can pass/fail users, as well as reset their exam attempts.
- Number of users - Shows the number of users currently in the group you have selected from the Group selection.
- Complete Users - Number of users in the group that are 100% complete all assigned courses.
- Overall Progress of Users - How far the group of users has completed all their assigned training, as a whole.
- User Section Completions by Quarter - A User Section completion is one user completing one course, arranged here by the annual quarter for the group.
- Section User Completions - This is a list of user completions organized by section. You can click on the section titles to see all the users' completions within that section.
- User Section Completions - A list of users and how many sections they are enrolled in, and how many they are complete. You can click on the individual users to see more info on those users section completions as well.
- Achievement User Completions - A list of all eligible achievements and how many of your users have earned them. You can click on the individual achievements here to see more info on those individual achievements.
- User Achievement Completions - This is a list of all users and which achievements they have earned, and are eligible to earn. You can click on the users names and for more info on those individual users.
