How to edit an already existing ILT class
On the Admin menu, select Training > Manage Classes.
The Instructor-Led Courses screen appears. All courses are shown by default. Use the Search box to filter the results and you can narrow the search by selecting a catalog. Select the Show Inactive toggle to include inactive courses. Select the View Classes button next to the class you wish to edit.
The Select a Class screen appears. The buttons at the top allow you to show or hide the Filters. View Course will take you back to the Course Properties page. Instructor-led Courses will return you to the Instructor-Led Courses page.
If there are multiple classes, you can narrow down your results by entering dates using the Start Date Between option or by using the Class Code, Instructor, or Location options. You can also filter by class Status. Use the Apply button to use your selected filters and then use the View button to select the class that you wish to edit from the list.
The Class Properties window appears, opened on the General tab. The window contains the ILT class details. Note that the menu in the upper-right corner is set to Edit Class. You will use this button to Manage Roster, Manage Grades, and Contact Students.
You can now select the appropriate tab and update the class as needed.
