Whether you are using Breaze, Performance, SkilSure, or Tortal, registering for a free support account allows you to submit help requests, track the status of your open tickets, and view your complete support history across all of our platforms.
Here is how to set up your global TLN account in just a few steps:
Step 1: Access the Sign-In Page
Navigate to the top right corner of any TLN Help Center and click the Sign in button. (Note: You can do this from our main Support Hub or directly within your specific product's portal).
Step 2: Choose "Sign Up"
A pop-up window will appear asking for your credentials. Since you don't have an account yet, look to the bottom left of this window and click the Sign up link next to "New to The Learning Network?" or "Performance", depending upon which site you are registering from.
Step 3: Enter Your Information
Fill out the brief registration form with your Full Name and your Work Email Address. Please use the email address associated with your company so we can quickly route your tickets to the correct support team.
Once filled out, click Sign up.
Step 4: Verify Your Email
After clicking "Sign up," the system will send an automated verification link to the email address you just provided.
Open your email inbox and look for a message with the subject line: "Welcome to The Learning Network." (If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder).
Click the verification link inside the email.
Step 5: Create Your Password
Clicking the link will route you back to the Help Center and prompt you to create a secure password. Type in your new password, confirm it, and you are officially registered!
💡 Pro-Tip: One Account, All Platforms Because TLN operates a unified support ecosystem, your new login credentials will work seamlessly across all of our Help Centers. You can use this exact same email and password to log into Breaze, Performance, SkilSure, and Tortal!
