How to View Transcripts

A user's transcript holds the history of their training activities.  The transcript can be viewed by the learner or by a manager.

Accessing the Transcript

End-user

Every Performance Center is configured different.  Although a My Transcript button or link is highly recommended, it is up to the LMS administrator to determine how the user accesses their transcript.  A usr can use the Search button located at the top-right of the banner to search for the term Transcript.

Find the transcript in the search results and the details show where the transcript is exposed

Managers and Administrators

A Manage Learning, console is very common.  The option to view student transcript is most commonly located in the Manage Learning console.  The Transcript is also available as a Learning Report in the Reports function.

 Transcript Details

Course History

The course history tab displays progress in courses that have been started.  Details include the course type, status, score and date completed.  If is a printable certificate is available, it can be accessed by clicking the Certificate button.

Certification History

The certification history tab displays details about completed certifications. If is a printable certificate is available, it can be accessed by clicking the Certificate button.

Curriculum History

The curriculum history tab displays details about completed curricula. If is a printable certificate is available, it can be accessed by clicking the Certificate button.

External Training 

External Training is an add-on feature that allows a manager to store training completed outside the performance center.  If you would like to learn more about this add-on, contact LogicBay Support at helpdesk@logicbay.com.

Event History

Event History is an add-on feature that allows a manager to create a learning event.  If you would like to learn more about this add-on, contact LogicBay Support at helpdesk@logicbay.com.

Exporting Transcript

Use the buttons at the bottom of the transcript to Copy, export to CSV, PDF or print the transcript details.
