Applying Grades to ILT Class Attendees

When a class is completed, you need to assign grades to students so that their training records are up to date, and they receive credit towards any certifications to which the course may contribute.

To Manage Student Grades

Using the instructions found under Editing an ILT Class, navigate to the Class Properties page of the class you wish to edit.

The Class Properties window appears. On the menu in the upper-right corner, using the Edit Class button, select Manage Grades.

The Class Grading window appears. The Student Roster box lists students who were registered for the class. To update a student’s status, grade, and/or score, select the check box by the desired student’s name. To select/deselect all students, use the Check All/Uncheck All buttons.

 

In the Status and Grade lists, select the appropriate options. In the Score box, type the student's score. (Do not include a % sign.) Then, select Apply to all students checked.
