Mapping items to an Organization is similar to mapping to an audience type, catalog, etc.
Navigate to the Organization List page, User Groups > Manage Organizations.
From the Organizations List select an organization to expand the dialog menu. From the menu, select the type of item to manage its mapping; Members, Managers, or Catalogs. The mapping process is the same for each type.
Note: Mapping Members will make the user a member of the organization. Mapping Managers will make them a manager or the organization, and mapping Catalogs will grant the members access to the training inside the catalog.
The Organization Membership Administration screen appears. The Type dropdown will be selected to the type selected on the previous screen. Note: you can change the Type from this screen, without returning to the Organization List. Use the Keyword field to enter search terms and select the Get Items button.
The search results appear in the left box. Select the result and use the >> button to move it to the Items assigned to box.
The item is moved to the Items assigned to box. In this example, it is a Manager, so choose whether to Allow Inheritance and select the Submit button. Use the Return button to return to the Organizations List
