Bug Fixes

• Blended Learning calculation rounding issue - When calculating the score for a blended learning course the test scores are rounded for display but the calculation was not rounding. This meant that in rare cases a learner would see passing score in the calculation (rounded) but a failed status. 

New Features / Improvements

• Add ability to load more than one carousel to a Console - Adding this ability allows for easier permissioning of content on a single console such as the home page.
