Administrative Enhancements

Updated Admin UI
We’ve refreshed several parts of the admin interface for a cleaner, more consistent experience. These updates improve navigation, readability, and overall usability.

Certification Enhancements

Show Requirements for Renewal
You can now display certification renewal requirements directly within the certification view.

• An optional setting allows you to default the visibility of renewal requirements to X days before expiration.

• This helps users clearly understand what’s needed to maintain their certification before it expires.
  
  

Class & Training Visibility

Prerequisites Displayed in Class Details

• Class detail view now shows any required prerequisite courses, certifications, or curricula.
  
  
• For certifications and curricula, we also show the number of incomplete requirements to help users understand what still needs to be done.
  
  

Reporting Updates

External Course History Report
A new report is available to export and review external course completions. This provides clearer visibility into externally obtained training and supports more complete user history tracking.

User Management Improvements

Bulk Reactivation/Deactivation Tool (Manager Access)
Updated My Team Profiles feature to allow managers to reactivate, deactivate, or remove multiple users from their member organization at once.
