How to delete a web-based course session
This article describes how to manually delete a web-based course session. NOTE: If you delete a completed course session, this will remove the record from the user's transcript.
Steps to delete a web-based course session:
- In Admin, go to User Training > Manage Course History
- Search for and select the user
- On the Edit Course Session screen, click Select a Course and choose the relevant course
- If the course is not in a completed status (complete/passed/failed), click the Update and Delete button to remove the session.
- If the course is in a completed status (Failed/Complete/Passed), change the status to Not Started
- Click Update
- Once the screen refreshes, click Update and Delete to remove the course session.
