How to delete a web-based course session

This article describes how to manually delete a web-based course session.  NOTE: If you delete a completed course session, this will remove the record from the user's transcript.

Steps to delete a web-based course session:

  1. In Admin, go to User Training > Manage Course History
  2. Search for and select the user
  3. On the Edit Course Session screen, click Select a Course and choose the relevant course
  4. If the course is not in a completed status (complete/passed/failed), click the Update and Delete button to remove the session.
  5. If the course is in a completed status (Failed/Complete/Passed), change the status to Not Started
  6. Click Update
  7. Once the screen refreshes, click Update and Delete to remove the course session.
