This Article will teach you how to Assign an Expert for each Learning Journey. This gives your Learners a content specific point of contact to refer to with questions specific to the Journey and its Courses.
1. From the Learning Journey List Page - Click on "Journey Options."

2. The Assign an Expert Panel has 2 options.

4. Use theS earch bar to search for the chosen account
Search by: first name, last name, username or email address.
Also use the "Select Roles" filter to narrow down you Users by Role Group membership.

5. Click to Highlight your choice.

6. Click Save to confirm your changes
All changes to Expert assignment are logged by Tortal for auditing.

7. You can also choose to Enter User Info Manually - for Experts who may not be a member of the LMS.

8. Enter the Experts Name, and any details or contact information you wish to include.

9. Click on Save Changes to confirm updates.
