Access Control

Course Visibility is still controlled by User Catalog access. Once signed in, a User will be trated according to their account’s Catalog Access.

  • If the Course is accessible to the User:

    • they will remain on the page to enroll or continue training.

  • If a user account does not have access to this Course through their Catalog access:

    • They will simply be redirected to their main Training Catalog Page.

Using a Shared Link

  • If the User is logged in on this browser already.

    • They will be dropped right onto the Course Information page.

    • If they are already enrolled, their most recent enrollment will be loaded - ready to keep training!

  • If the User is not Logged in.

    • They will be prompted to login using either their email address, or username (based on LMS configuration).
