Reporting Tools - Overview Reports

Overview Reports are the easiest way to access the "Who and Where" of your LMS data. These powerful Reports can help you understand, share, and save the layout of your Users, Groups, & Group Administrators in your LMS.

 

Overview Reports How to Find the Overview Reporting Section

1. Click the "Reports" Link in the Navbar

2. Click the 'Overview Reports" Link in the Sidebar
    

You will then be shown the Overview Report Builder Page. This page contains a sidebar with links to links to several useful pre-installed Overview Reports, as well as a Wizard to build your own.

• Group Summary Reports
• Users & groups Report
• Content Summary Report  

 

Types of Overview Reports

1. Group Summary Reports

   1. Group Summary Reports give a quick statistics snapshot of Group demographics, Enrollments, and Activity.

   
   

   How to Generate a Group Summary Report

   1. Complete the Wizard by filling in the Required fields and click the "Generate Report" button at the bottom. 
      
      

2. Users & Groups Reports

   1. Users & Groups Reports a show detailed information about the Who & Where of Users within your system.
   
   How to generate a User and Groups Report
   1. 1. Click the Users & Groups Report link in the Sidebar and complete the Wizard. 
      2. Fill in all required fields and click the Generate Report button to open the Report Popup. 
         
         

3. Content Summary Reports

   1. Content Summary Reports generate a Map of all Catalogs, Sub Catalogs, Courses and Learning Objects in your LMS.
