      How to assist a Learner who cannot Login

      You can follow this simple 3-step guide to easily get your Learner back into their account.

      1. If you haven't guided them to the Reset Password tools the homepage.Please do.

        1. Tis will allow them to double check with a fresh password and let themselves back in.



      2. Ensure the users is using their correctly capitalized username and password.

        1. Find their current User information with the Edit a User tool.

          1. Admin >> Users >> Edit a User >> Select User >> Username

          2. We know their correct Username is RATS, you can move the next step.

        2. Setup a temporary password for the Learner.

          1. Admin >> Users >> Change Password for a User



          2. Setup something easy to remember, and leave the option checked to "Require password change on first login.

            1. this will make sure they can manage their own password.
