3. Using the Journey Options tools

Journey is Active

Journey can be Active or Disabled

Active Journeys are visible in Catalogs ( if attached), and on the User's Learning Journey Enrollment Listing on the My Information Page and Training Catalog Pages

If a User has enrolled in a Learning Journey, their Enrollment will become inaccessible if the Journey is Disabled.

Disabled Journeys can still be edited and managed by Permissioned Admins.

Disable Journey Self Enrollment

Self-Enrollment refers to the Learners ability to enroll in the Learning Journey directly form the Training Catalog.

Learning Journey Self Enrollment is allowed by default.

If its disabled, the Journey will still be visible to Learners, but Admins will have to manually Enroll users into the Journey.

4. Using the Course Options tools.

All Courses must be completed in Order.

This setting enforces the completion of Courses in the order set by the Journey Courses Tool.

Require First Course Completion
-
Access to all subsequent courses in the Course List will be disabled until the First Course in the List is completed.

Lock Last Course
-
The Last Course in the List of Courses will be held in lock until all preceding Courses are completed.
