Using the Overview Reporting tool, Admins can easily analyze an Accounts Group memberships - and quickly determine Catalog Access, Course visibility, Enrollment sources, and other details.
1. From the Navbar, Click on REPORTS
This Link is only available by Permission. If you do not see this link and feel you should, please contact your Organization's Training Team, found in the footer of your LMS.

2. In the Sidebar Click on Overview Reports

3. Click on Users and Groups

4. Select your date range, and how you want to filter your Learner Accounts.
Overview Reprots can be filtered by All Accounts, specific Accounts, and Specific Groups.

5. Select your Users or Groups to Report
If reporting by Users or Groups, select the accounts or Groups you wish to include.
Move the to the "Included" Column by clicking the ">" arrow.

6. Click on Generate Overview Report to launch Report window.

7. Your resulting Overview Report will generate in a popup window.
It show all Groups each Account selected is a Member of, as well as other Account details.
Export and Email tools are available for further data management.
