If you cannot remember your login password for the Tortal LMS, there are several steps you can take to recover access and continue your training. See below for details.
Overview
Tortal account Passwords are not saved as they were written for security - they are encoded and matched for added security. Your Admin teams cannot "tell you your password" - You will have to reset it of you forget it.
How to reset a password.
There are 2 options for resetting passwords on the LMS.
- Get a Password reset link sent to your email address on file.

1. Click the "NEED HELP?" Link
2. Enter your account Username
3. If you forget your Username, you can enter your account Email address.
Select the "Click Here" butting under the username field to send to Email.
4. Click on Continue to send the Password Reset Email
5. Click the Link in the Password reset email.
6. Create a New Password.
Your Password will be validated to ensure compliance. When it matches your fields will turn green.
7. Once completed, return to the home page to login.
