      How to Reset a User Enrollment.

      Sometimes it may be required to reset the status of a Users Course Enrollment, because of many reasons. The Tool below is an easy way to get them back on track.

       

       
       
      1. From the LMS Admin homepage Click on the Users icon

      You can also get here by clicking Users in the Admin sidebar.

      From the LMS Admin homepage Click on the Users icon

      2. Select Reset Enrollment for a user, than click Next

      Select Reset Enrollment for a user, than click Next

      3. Select the Account you wish to reset Enrollments for, then click "Next".

      Only one account at a time is currently allowed.

      Select The Account you wish to reset Enrollments for, then click "Next".

      4. Select the Course you wish to Reset

      Only one Course at a time may be Reset, currently.
      All progress in any lessons will be lost.

      Select the Course you wish to Reset

      5. Click on Finish to confirm, and reset the Course Enrollment.
