How to show all Admins for a Group (or Groups)

Use the Reporting Tool to quickly understand which Accounts have Administrator access to your Groups. You can alter these settings using the Assign Administrators to a Group Tool.

 

1. In the Navbar, Click on REPORTS

You must be logged in as an account with Permissions to access this tool. Contact your system Administrator if you feel you are missing these permissions. (Contact email address is in site footer).

3. Click on Users and Groups

4. Select the Groups you wish to Report the Admins of

Fo Users & Groups Reports, The Date Range selector is optional.

5. Select your Groups from the Available Groups column (left)

6. Click the Right Arrow (>) to move them to the "Include in Report" Column

7. Select your User Status

"Active" Users are users who are enabled. "Disabled" Accounts are disabled. "Both" will show both statuses

8. Select to show or hide Group Admins

To show only the Group Admins for these Groups, click the "Only" setting.

9. Click on Generate Overview Report

10. View your report results

You can export the results for further processing, or email the Accounts in the report using the tools on the Right.
