For members of the PAMALMS, you have special access to enroll your employees into the certified oil technician program course. This Article outline the updated process to purchase enrollments for your Employees.
The Certified Oil Technician Program now has two ways to enroll your users.
All users can enroll themselves by clicking the Enroll Yourself tab
System admins and group administrators can now enroll their group members by clicking on the Enroll Group Members Tab
Enroll Group Members
1. Click on Enroll Yourself…
2. Review the Instructions
3. To create placeholder accounts for your group click the drop down
You will be able to enter the number of placeholder accounts you wish to have enrolled. These accounts can be transformed into full user accounts for future employees by using the edit a user tool.
4. You will be prompted to confirm that you would like to create these accounts they will be created instantly and placed into your group.
5. Select Users to Enroll
Highlight the users you would like to enroll and click the right arrow to move them into the selected for enrollment column.
6. You will see the total cost for your purchase calculated for you in the checkout section
7. Click on PAY & ENROLL to check out.
Tortal will open a new tab with PayPal for you to check out by Credit Card.
8. Check out with PayPal
Click on Pay with Debit or Credit Card to continue Checkout.
9. Once you complete your transaction you will be redirected to total
The selected accounts will be enrolled in the course.
10. Click on the Enroll Yourself tab.
11. Checkout with PayPal.
