Transfer History / Merge Users

Use these steps to merge two users by transferring training history from one user to another

  1. In Admin, go to Training > Transfer History
  2. Click Select Source User and select the user you want to transfer history from

  3. Click Select Destination User and select the user you want to transfer history to

  4. Uncheck Employee ID and Delete Source User (should be unchecked by default) and click Transfer/Merge

Note: When both users have points, you'll need to archive one of their points in order to complete the merge.
Archiving the source user's points means that the destination user will keep their points after the merge. If you archive the destination user's points, the destination user will be given the source user's points. If you archive both source and destination, neither user will keep their points.
Archived points are not recoverable via the UI so we recommend to look at the points for both users before performing the merge as this is typically a one way process that can't be undone easily and recovering the points may take considerable effort by engineering.
