Who can open a support ticket? Direct support is provided to authorized Client Administrators only. If you are a learner or employee, please contact your organization’s site administrator — they are your first point of contact and can escalate to us on your behalf if needed.
Welcome to The Learning Network Support Hub! Whether you use Breaze, Performance, SkilSure, or Tortal, this page explains how support works and how authorized Client Admins open tickets.
How support works
- Everyone can browse our Help Center articles and chat with our virtual assistant, 24/7 — no account required.
- Tickets are accepted from authorized Client Administrators. Creating an account does not, by itself, grant ticket access — your account must be verified as an authorized contact first.
- End-users (learners/employees) should contact their own organization’s site administrator for help.
Already an authorized contact?
Click Sign in at the top of any TLN Help Center, then use Submit a request to open or track a ticket.
Are you a Client Administrator who needs access?
If you administer your organization’s platform and need to open tickets directly, request access here:
We’ll verify your request and enable your account. Once approved, you can sign in and submit tickets.
Creating your account
If you’ve been asked to register, here’s how:
- Open the Sign-In page — click Sign in at the top-right of any TLN Help Center.
- Choose “Sign up” — at the bottom of the pop-up, click the Sign up link.
- Enter your information — use your work email address so we can route your tickets to the correct support team.
- Verify your email — open the “Welcome to The Learning Network” email and click the verification link (check Spam/Junk if you don’t see it).
- Create your password — set a secure password and you’re registered.
Note: an account lets you sign in, but submitting tickets requires being verified as an authorized contact (see above).
One account, all platforms
