Sharable Links Update
Feature Summary - This new feature allows admins and learners to more easily share links to course pages within your LMS. Now, when a course link is shared with someone that is NOT logged into the LMS, when they do login, they'll remain on that intended course page, as opposed to being redirected to the LMS homepage.
Searching Learning Objects
A search box has been added to various Learning Object pages.
Extended Time Options for Selective Enrollment
The time options for Selective Enrollment have been increased. Meaning - When a group enrollment is created, the admin has the option to NOT enroll learners that have already completed a course(s) within the group enrollment. Previously, that time window was three months. More time options are now available.
Global Email Notifications Per Course
A global email notification option has been added for when a learner completes a course enrollment. Admins can also choose which courses to receive the notification for. That option happens when you either add or edit a course. Please see the second image below.
Important - All accounts with 'Super Admin" permissions will receive the notifications.
Bug Fixes
- Improved speed when admins revoke enrollments.
- For a short time, several clients were not seeing all options listed on the main groups admin page. This has been addressed.
- Other bug fixes were addressed for clients that have specific LMS customizations put in place.
